My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was beautiful and definitely worth exploring, especially for its excellent parking facilities, but the noise from the nearby pub with live entertainment was bothersome. The room, although spacious, lacked certain amenities like a wardrobe, and there were a couple of cleanliness issues that could be improved.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed, but it was directly over the bar, resulting in loud music and karaoke until past midnight. It was lacking a wardrobe and had a few stains on the walls.

The service was comfortable, and the housekeeping was okay. However, the room was not vacuumed for three nights, with the same leaf and breadcrumbs every morning.

The location was beautiful, definitely worth a walk around, and convenient for reaching the racecourse. However, it was next to a pub with live entertainment, causing noise disruptions.

The dining experience was fine with plenty of good food to eat, but the bed could do with a new mattress, and the shower head needed replacing.

The hotel had a fantastic location, close to the town center and across from the Terry Pratchet museum/shop. The rooms were compact but adequate for a one-night stay, although we found some rubbish under the bed. The dining experience at The Dolphin was of good standard with a great choice, though the promptness of refills could be improved. Overall, a beautiful location that needed a bit of TLC, covered with a huge gazebo.

The room above the kitchen was fabulous and perfect for the three of us with no complaints. It was compact but adequate for our one-night stay, despite finding some rubbish under the bed.

I stayed at the hotel, which had a great location in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring Wincanton and the surrounding areas. The rooms were comfy but a bit cramped due to the setup of two adjoining rooms. The service was top-notch, and the dining experience was scrummy. Ample parking spaces were available as a bonus.
